What does the research say about each Nervecept ingredient?

Mixed to small. Glucosamine and chondroitin gave mixed knee results, and turmeric showed early signs in osteoarthritis. (NCCIH, Glucosamine and Chondroitin) (Zeng et al., Front Immunol 2022)

Quercetin was tested for safety only. (Han et al., BMJ Open Resp Res 2020) The ingredients page gives the detail.

BromelainFew studies, none on nerves

Does the capsule dose match the research?

Mostly no. Glucosamine is a third of the studied daily dose, and the other lines hold under 7% of theirs.

Bromelain has no studied dose to compare.

  1. Serving size

1 capsule per serving and 30 servings per container: one bottle, one capsule a day, 30 days.

  2. Glucosamine sulfate 500 mg

The largest line by far, and the one that carries the shellfish warning.

  3. Indian frankincense 67 mg

Printed as Boswellia serrata, herb: the plant, not an extract.

  4. Chondroitin sulfate 50 mg

One tenth of the glucosamine amount.

  5. Turmeric root 50 mg

Curcuma longa, root. No curcuminoid amount is printed.

  6. Four lines at 8 mg

Quercetin, methionine, MSM and bromelain, each 8 mg.

  7. Daily Value footnote

'Daily Value (DV) not established' for every line.

The shares are rough, since a trial may use an extract. See the label in full.

How can you test whether Nervecept works for you?

Take one capsule daily for 30 days, keep short notes, and decide with your doctor before the 60-day guarantee ends.

Keep taking prescribed medicine as directed.

Does Nervecept work for knee pain?

We found no trial of the capsules for knees either. Research on glucosamine and chondroitin in knee osteoarthritis was mixed.

Is Nervecept a drug that acts on nerves?

No. It is a dietary supplement, and the label says it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Do all eight Nervecept ingredients have research behind them?

Most do, at other doses. Bromelain has few studies, and none of the eight was tested for nerves in the sources we cite.
